Halo

Halo

Description

Successfully rehomed by All Ears Basset Sanctuary, Inc.

Halo is a very shy, very loving houndette!  We pulled her from a local shelter when she was very pregnant and she gave us a beautiful litter of baby Halos.  They have all gone to furever homes and now it's time for her to find her very own family to love and cherish her.We beleive that Halo was abused before we found her in the shetler.  An x-ray shows Halo had been shot with a bb gun in her back and to this day, she is terrified of leashes.  It took her several months before she would go out and romp in the yard with her foster brothers and sisters.  She stayed very close to the door to make sure she could get back in.  As each day passes, she learns to appreciate the good things in life - like romps, snuggling in bed and getting lots of loving.Halo needs a family that will love her and be patient with her while she settles in to a new environment.  She gets along fine with other dogs, although she generally doesn't interact much with them.  She would make a wonderful only dog for a loving family.  Halo can be trusted to be left alone in her home as she is non-destructive.Halo's adoption fee is $100.  If you would like more information on Halo please fill out an application on our wesite or email: chris@allearsbassetsanctuary.com.
