Flock Guardian Dog Mooli
Description
Do you and your livestock need protection against bears or cougars? Mooli is a lovely female Bhotia brought back from a remote village high up in the Himalayan mountains where the bhotia are used to protect the goat and sheep flocks from bears and leopards. The bhotia or bhutia is a well known dog of the Himalayas and is also known sometimes as a Himalayan Sheepdog. She is neither a Tibetan Mastiff nor a Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever but the flock guardian dog of the Himalayan mountains in Bhutan, Nepal, Tibet and Nepal.
(Petfinder only provides the options of kennel club breed choices in their listings). Mooli is extremely gentle and loving with people and children and dogs that she is familiar with.
