Description

This is Ty, a loveable fawn and white Staffordshire Bull Terrier.

Ty is very playful and enjoys nothing more than a lively game of fetch or tug-of-war with his owners. He is looking for an active home where he will be given daily opportunities to play as well as go for nice long walks. Ty is also a very affectionate boy who enjoys plenty of cuddles and he could live with older children subject to introductions at the Centre.

Ty is happy to greet and lead-walk with other dogs but in the home he prefers to have all of his owners' attention to himself and is therefore looking for a home as the only dog. Ty's playful nature and desire to chase mean that he is not suitable for a home with cats or other small animals.

Ty does have a sensitive side to his nature and would benefit from a home with a stable routine. He is fully house-trained, is able to travel in the car and can be left at home for a few hours without any problems.

We'd love for you to come and see us. Visitors are welcome to walk around the equine walkway, cattery and small animal section. However, we operate restricted viewing of the dogs to minimise their stress levels.

PLEASE NOTE:
We may have a few dogs on the Burford site with kennel cough at the moment. Therefore owners of existing dogs wishing to adopt another dog are advised to contact the small animal department and speak to a member of staff who can advise on our procedures before visiting to see individual dogs.
