Tama
Description
My name is Tama. When I arrived at West Hatch earlier this year I was extremely underweight. I am now in much better condition and looking for my forever home. Experiences in my previous home have left me with some behavioural problems so I am looking for a very understanding home with someone experienced in GSDs, who has the time to work with me. I have a fantastic temperament with people and am likely to bond strongly with my new owner. My biggest vice is that I do not understand how to interact with other dogs, this leads me to be quite reactive when I see another dog. This is quite a hard thing to manage in kennels because I am obviously surrounded by other dogs. I would really need a rural home where I can go for quiet walks in places where I won't have much contact with other dogs. I have been seen by a behaviourist recently who will provide support for anyone adopting me. I could live with teenage children but will need to be the only pet in the household. Please contact the centre if you would like to find out more about me. I have the potential to be a loving, loyal member of someones family.
