Successfully rehomed by Birmingham Animal Centre

This shy boy is Shaggy. He came in from an Inspector with 2 other dogs as their owner could no longer care for them. He was quite matted and in desperate need of a bath! He is looking much better now and ready to find his new home. He is slowly settling in with us and learning to trust new people, he is certainly the most unsure of new things out of his little group but he will settle so much quicker in a new home than in kennels. He is fabulous with other dogs and really comes out of his shell in their presence so he'd be a great candidate to live with an existing dog. Shaggy enjoys his walks and once he knows you he is happy to be brushed and groomed. He's going to take a little while to be completely comfortable in his new home but his new owners will be rewarded with a loyal and loving boy for all their hard work. If you are interested in adopting him you will need to visit him a few times prior to taking him home. He can live with calm children aged over 12 yrs
