Rocky
Description
Rocky came into us because he was living in a small flat and with his owner being unable to meet his needs. Although a lovely natured and friendly lad, Rocky isn't the most confident of dogs. Sometimes he can get a bit over stimulated with all the sights, sounds and smells that he's not used to. He appears to have had little socialisation of the outside world. He is very treat orientated and we are using these to focus his attention on us when he is out and about. He knows sit and down and will need an active owner who will continue his training/ socialisation that has been started at the centre. He also loves the freedom that he can now have off lead. Although Rocky is good to be around other dogs and lead walked with them, we feel he would be best as the only dog in the home at this time. He is not to go with cats and with children aged late teens at the moment. Rocky is still only young and would make a fine and rewarding companion to anyone with the time, patience and love to give to him.
