Mo
Description
Hello, my name is Mo,
I’m a two year old male Labrador. I arrived at The Mayhew when the puppy farm I was living in closed down.
I’m a very friendly boy and playful boy who also has a sensitive side. I get along well with everyone I meet and I’m also good with other dogs. I enjoy going to the park and I have a good recall off my lead. I’ve not yet been taught the basic commands but I’m keen to learn and I enjoy my training. I can sometimes get spooked by loud noises. I’m a gentle and sweet-natured boy and I’m also very affectionate. It’s not yet known how long I cope being left on my own for so I will need a home where there is somebody around for most of the day.
I’m now looking for a forever home with a person or family who have owned dogs before and have researched my breed type. I can live with sensible children from ten years of age and upwards providing they are used to being large dogs. I’d also happily share my new home with another dog providing we’re the right match. I wouldn’t be suitable to live with cats. My new owners will be expected to take me to training classes and provide me with a minimum of one hour of off-lead exercise every day. If you’re interested in offering me a home you will need to be fully prepared for the hard work and long-term commitment involved in caring for a dog, you will be taking on a twelve year commitment, which must not be taken lightly.
I hope to see you soon,
Mo x
Weight: 25kgs
Mo is currently living in foster care until his new forever home is found. If you are interested in adopting him you will need to visit The Mayhew first before going to see him in his foster home.
