Max
Description
Poor Max was callously left behind in a flat when his owners moved away. Thankfully we were alerted to the situation and managed to rescue him before he deteriorated. When checked over by a vet it was discovered he needed to have a surgical procedure performed on his eye, a simple wart removal, he made a quick recovery and is now ready to find the home he deserves. He is a lovely boy who has had some training in the past as he knows his basics; and he is very quick to offer his paw for a shake if he thinks there might be a treat in your pocket! He is spotless in his kennel overnight also which is a good indication that he is housetrained. We have introduced him to other dogs and think he will be fine with others of a similar calm disposition to him, but understandably becomes fed up if youngsters are bounding all over him. Children need to be over 8 yrs and used to large dogs
