Liffey is a 1 year old neutered female German Shepherd cross.

Liffey is a bright active girl who loves nothing more than spending time with and pleasing her handlers. She enjoys long walks, retrieving her toys and having a cuddle. Liffey already knows lots of commands but is always willing to learn more, she is a very quick learner! Liffey can be very strong on the lead so is currently getting used to walking on a headcollar and is making good progress.

Liffey settles well at home when she has company but does become unsettled when left for too long. Liffey ideally is looking for owners who will only be leaving her for an hour or two to start with and can build the time gradually so she can be left longer.

Liffey enjoys interacting with other dogs and could possibly live with a suitable companion who can be a good role model for her. She would also be fine as an only pet. However, Liffey does have a high chase instinct therefore living with cats or small animals is not an option for her.

She would ideally suit owners who are experienced with larger breeds and have plenty of time to dedicate to her. She could also live with older children. Liffey is a loyal and loving dog, she is longing for a new family to come and meet her.
