Jade

Description

Successfully rehomed by Blue Cross - Burford

Meet Jade, a beautiful tricoloured Lurcher.

Jade enjoys a long walk followed by relaxing nap curled up in her comfy bed. She can be a shy girl when first meeting new people but enjoys cuddles once she gets to know you. She does enjoy playing with toys but currently needs encouragement from an owner.

Typically of her breed she loves to chase, therefore she would not be suitable for a home with a cat or other small animals. At the centre Jade has shown herself to be worried when meeting other dogs so we are helping build her confidence. So currently she is looking for a home without another dog. However jade is able to live with older children in her new home.

This adorable lady would make a lovely companion in a quiet home where she can enjoy the home comforts. If you feel you could offer Jade a space in family then ask today.

If you are interested in Jade please call the centre ahead of your visit, lines are open from 10.30am (apart from Thursdays when we are closed to the public)

We'd love for you to come and see us. Visitors are welcome to walk around the equine walkway, cattery and small animal section. However, we operate restricted viewing of the dogs to minimise their stress levels.

PLEASE NOTE:
We may have a few dogs on the Burford site with kennel cough at the moment. Therefore owners of existing dogs wishing to adopt another dog are advised to contact the small animal department and speak to a member of staff who can advise on our procedures before visiting to see individual dogs.
