Hugo

Description

Hugo is a bit of a mixture, we think GSD X Husky, maybe with a drop of Collie in the mix too! This mix makes him an active, intelligent dog who needs plenty of mental as well as physical exercise. He has a happy nature and is a confident dog out walking and is sociable with people he meets.

Hugo came to us as a stray with a few issues that we have been working on and he has improved a great deal as he has learnt to trust us, but he is a dog that will need further training and guidance in his new home. He is looking for really active owners who want to be out and about with their dog alot, going for long and interesting walks. He would make a great running companion or perhaps he could learn to run next to a bike! Basically he needs to be really well exercised so he settles in the home.

He loves playing with his toys and has a good retrieve and he is a fun dog to work with. Ideally he needs experienced owners who have plenty of time and patience to kindly teach Hugo clear rules and boundaries in the home. He has some basic training but would enjoy going on to learn more. He is going to be a bit of a challenge but will hopefully be massively rewarding as he learns what is required of him. He likes other dogs but can be a bit OTT so needs to be exercised responsibly.
