Dermot
Description
Dermot is a very nervous boy and it takes him a while to trust new people, anybody interested in him would need to come up regulary to build a bond with him before adopting. He is looking for a quiet home without many visitors coming and going and without children as he is wary of loud noises and sudden movements. He has been crate trained to help him cope with being left and is fine to be left for short periods. Once Dermot gets to know you well he gets very affectionate and likes to sit on your lap for a cuddle. He has been nervous initially of other dogs but he gets more confident the more he gets to know them, he could be re-homed with a quieter dog. Dermot does get quite nervous in the vets but will happily wear a muzzle, our behaviourists will help any new owners to carry on his training in the home.
