Charlie
Description
Charlie is a wonderful Staffordshire Bull Terrier that was found tied to the gates of another rescue centre one evening. We have no idea why anyone would do that because he is a real gentleman and hasn't been problematic in anyway. He is really struggling to cope in kennels now as he has endured them for several weeks with no one commiting to adopting him. He is missing human interaction and home comforts.Charlie is an affectionate lad and enjoys sitting on or as close to you as possible. He loves a tummy rub and will nudge for more if you stop.
He has so far ignored other dogs he has met and wants to avoid where possible. For this reason we feel he would be better as an only pet.
Charlie is well mannered and rarely jumps up. He greets people nicely. We would be looking to home him with older teenage children as we don't know his history of the reason he was dumped. He would be a great pal though for older children that could join in caring for him.
